Description du poste

Missions

  • Manage the full monthly payroll process from preparation to final validation for a large-scale workforce.
  • Process and integrate complex payroll variables, including attendance, absences, overtime, paid leave, bonuses, advances, and deductions.
  • Prepare and manage statutory declarations and social contributions, specifically CNSS (including État 9001), CIMR, and Income Tax (IR).
  • Prepare bank payment files, comprehensive payroll reports, and final settlements (Solde de Tout Compte) with all related documentation.
  • Perform rigorous payroll reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring alignment with accounting.
  • Generate payroll forecasts and cost reports to support budget management.
  • Guarantee strict compliance with Moroccan labor laws and social security legislation.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Accounting departments while maintaining absolute confidentiality regarding employee salaries and personal data.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of payroll processes and HRIS systems.

Profil recherché

Profil recherché (Required Profile)

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally within a large industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Scale & Complexity: Proven ability to independently manage mass payroll operations (preferably 4,000+ employees) that involve complex shift systems, overtime, and diverse attendance structures.
  • Technical Expertise: Absolute mastery of Moroccan payroll practices, labor legislation, and statutory reporting (CNSS, CIMR, IR, État 9001).
  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, time management systems, and HRIS/payroll software.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliation, and payroll forecasting.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, rigorous accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict monthly deadlines.
  • Mindset: Must be a hands-on, operational payroll professional, not solely a general HR administrator.
  • Languages: English is required; French is a strong advantage.
