Key Responsibilities :
Social Dialogue & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and workplace conflicts, mediating disputes with empathy and fairness.
Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices, disciplinary actions, and internal procedures strictly comply with Moroccan labor legislation and internal regulations.
Advisory & Support: Provide expert guidance and coaching to line managers on handling complex employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Social Partner Engagement: Facilitate constructive dialogue and maintain positive relationships with employee representatives, unions, and social partners.
Workplace Culture: Develop and implement proactive initiatives to boost employee engagement, well-being, and a culture of transparency and mutual respect.
Internal Investigations: Conduct thorough and objective internal investigations regarding policy violations or workplace complaints, recommending appropriate and legally sound actions.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education: Master’s Degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in employee relations, labor relations, or as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
Technical Expertise: In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Moroccan labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
Core Competencies: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in French and Arabic is mandatory; a good command of English is highly advantageous for interacting with international stakeholders.
