Key Responsibilities

• System Ownership: Oversee the daily operation, installation, and comprehensive management of high-voltage (HV) electrical systems across the manufacturing facility.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion electrical safety by ensuring all HV equipment and procedures strictly comply with international standards and internal regulatory protocols.
• Operational Excellence: Lead electrical commissioning phases, direct scheduled maintenance programs, and execute complex troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison, aligning internal engineering teams, external contractors, and technical partners on critical electrical projects.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to upgrade and scale the electrical infrastructure in response to growing production demands.

Profil recherché

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Engineering Degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Power Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: Proven track record working directly with high-voltage electrical systems, ideally within a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or energy sector environment.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of electrical safety guidelines, HV equipment lifecycle management, and industrial power distribution.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities paired with excellent project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively; fluency in French is highly advantageous.
