CRIT Maroc recruits for its client, based on the Tangier Med area, a M&R and Inspection Operation Manager (H/F).
Your general Areas of Responsibilities will be:
• Ensure the satellite office is staffed with adequate, suitable, qualified, and trained personnel
• Build lasting relationships with customer and Global AM team.
• Acquire new customers
• Introduce new services
• Expenses and resources consumptions in the satellite offices
• Productivity and efficiency
• Utilisation of company assets and technical resources
• Carry out various projects and report accordingly as requested by the Head of CES and his/her delegate.
• Attend courses as laid out by training programme and do this with a positive mind for learning
In other side, your specific Areas of Responsibilities will be:
• Set-up CES capacity in the region of the satellite office
• Source and engage competitive suppliers, locally
• Keep regular dialogue with container terminal customers in the region.
• Set-up daily job control, cost control and invoice handling processes
• Secure new CES projects in the region.
• Conduct regular briefings / meetings with staff and stakeholders
• Provide technical support for the requisition of other department within CES or the Global AM organization
•Possess an engineering degree in related field (automation / mechanical / electrical / maintenance) or business administration or equivalent experience.
• At least Five (5) years port equipment / engineering / transportation / maintenance experience or equivalent military experience.
• Have strong managerial, supervisory, team building, motivating and decision-making skills in order to effectively influence stakeholders on a daily basis to achieve operational goals.
• Be receptive to innovative ideas and suggestions, think strategically and have long term vision.
• Have flair in understanding technical topics
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Possess the ability to build a team
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Have good command of both written and oral English (Spanish and/or French in addition is an advantage)
