CRIT Maroc recruits for its client, based on the Tangier Med area, a CBM/PdM Engineer (H/F)

As a CBM/PdM Engineer, you play a key role in developing state of the art PdM systems, so we are not looking for conventional CBM/PdM engineer but a state of the art PdM system designer, with Asset Digitalization, and artificial intelligence experience. 

Being one of our CBM & PdM experts, you play a key role in developing CBM & PdM applications to bring Asset Maintenance to the next level by driving step change improvements for reliability.

Working closely with our Asset Digitalization team, you will conduct CBM and PdM projects with the aim to implement data-driven maintenance routines and ensuring the best leverage of data for improving equipment reliability.

You will have a global role with big scope working in a large reliability team across different cultures and locations having the opportunity to gain insight into a truly global, large and complex, world class organization.

Reporting to the CBM/PdM Supervisor, you will develop the CBM strategy within the global AM department, focusing on improving the equipment reliability & availability by reducing the breakdown of equipment and lowering the maintenance costs.

Responsibilities

As CBM & PdM Engineer, you will develop CBM and PdM applications and implement data-driven maintenance routines for digitalized terminal equipment.

In close collaboration with our asset digitalization team, you will develop CBM and PdM applications focused on component criticality subject to feasibility.

You will develop (automated) condition monitoring tools for digitalized equipment leveraging data analytics to identify critical equipment/component condition and to trigger maintenance activities.

You will monitor component conditions of digitalized terminal equipment via online dashboards and propose measures to improve reliability & availability of equipment.

 Working closely with the reliability engineers, you support them in data-driven root cause analysis for digitalized equipment.

Working closely with our Asset Digitalization team, you will conduct CBM and PdM projects with the aim to implement data-driven maintenance routines and ensuring the best leverage of data for improving equipment reliability.

Profil recherché

You have an Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Automation with a  maintenance experience (5+ years) of which at least 3 years in relevant roles within the heavy asset industry.

 You have design experience in establishing state of the art PdM systems with Smart sensors, Data Communication (IoT) , Data Analysis (Algorithms), and Artificial Intelligence AI.

Having practical experience in performing Weibull Analysis (Reliability Life-Data Analysis), calculate risk of failures, and producing P-F curve simulating the equipment failure characteristics.

Having sound knowledge and experience in how to establish a CBM/PdM system for hidden failure modes of assets.

Having experience in asset criticality analysis, and Root Cause Analysis RCA.

Have a hands-on attitude to solve problems and strong analytical skills with proven expertise in data analytics, statistical tools, advanced Excel, and CMMS.

Having experience in heavy asset monitoring and maintenance as well as with data-driven Classification: Internal maintenance routines for digitalized terminal equipment, equipment condition monitoring and predictive maintenance practices, will help you to succeed in this role.
